With 2021 being its 140th year anniversary, Seiko have released several watch collections to commemorate their success. One of the collections released for the 140th anniversary would be the blue-and-white-themed models, which consist of Prospex, Presage, Astron, and 5 Sport families.

Each of the watches are presented in a white and blue themed, as well as produced in limited quantities. Prospex (SPB213), Presage Sharp Edged Series (SPB223), Astron GPS Solar (SSH093), and Seiko 5 Sports (SRPG47).

Some of the designs that sets the SRPG47 apart from the other Seiko 5 Sports models is the bezel and the finishing on the dial. The white dial offers a nice waffle pattern with contrasting blue hands for great legibility.

As for the bezel, if you look closely at it, you will notice a series of rings around the bezel. If you gently touch the surface on the bezel, you will feel the presence of the rings.......
